In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), LifeShine describes the information that it collects from visitors to LifeShine’s website, how LifeShine uses visitors’ information, and to whom LifeShine may provide or disclose the visitors’ information. Type of Information Collected

LifeShine collects personally identifiable information, through this website, either directly or via third-party applications (e.g. cookies). Examples of personally identifiable information collected includes: email addresses, visitor names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and credit card information. LifeShine also collects coaching session pre-work through the website.

The information collected by LifeShine may be provided by visitors (e.g., purchase of services or requests for information). In addition, LifeShine may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information, such as browser, host information, IP addresses, computer, location, length of visit, pages of the website reviewed, and technology information related to connecting to LifeShine’s website.

Information Usage

LifeShine may use visitors’ information to improve and maintain the LifeShine website, to provide services, to collect payment for services, or for marketing of LifeShine services (e.g., to send periodic emails, and/or to distribute a newsletter). If visitors would like to unsubscribe from LifeShine’s emails or newsletters at any time, LifeShine includes unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email and newsletter.

Google utilizes the information collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. This allows LifeShine to review information about a visitors’ page views, source, and time spent on the website. The information is depersonalized and displayed as numbers. LifeShine believes that it cannot be tracked back to individual visitors.

When Google collects information, Google may use the information collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Information collected includes cookie and usage data.

AdWords, Shopping Conversion Tracking and Remarketing

LifeShine may use certain marketing tools to better identify persons interested in LifeShine’s services. For example, Google has web advertising services called Google AdWords and Remarketing. Third party vendors, including Google, can show on internet sites LifeShine ads. In addition, third-party vendors, including AdWords code, allow LifeShine to see which pages helped to lead to contact submission. LifeShine can identify the referring source and make better use of paid advertising. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visit to the LifeShine website. LifeShine does not intentionally target, match, or collect personally identifiable information with interest-based advertising campaigns, nor does it supply this information to Google.
