I was skeptical initially given the differences in the majority of the group’s age and myself, but a circle of women sharing a common thread goes beyond age. We were all looking for the same things, and it was so enlightening and joyful to know that I wasn’t alone in this desire to explore what those things are. Michelle was masterful at leading the way for all of us. My biggest takeaway is that in all of this life, we are not alone. Our challenges may look different, but we are all really striving for the same things: belonging, having our place at the table and in our own lives, and living a life of meaning. That is super cool. This experience is for anyone who wants a safe place to explore their next chapter. You get the expertise of one of the most caring and informed coaches, as well as the insights from other women who are also searching for that next best thing.

To work together with other women who were also in a transitional place in their life provided just the sort of courage I needed to push through tough barriers. Michelle is truly a gifted life coach. The fact that everyone in the group was lovely, kind, and supportive was the icing on the cake. After two fantastic coaching engagements with Michelle through the years, she encouraged me to participate in this new group-based experience. As an Executive Coach & Life Coach, Michelle has a proven track record leading 250+ individual clients to achieve outstanding results. She’s known for inspiring women leaders to find joy and live with purpose through intentional choices and mindful action. Michelle brings enthusiasm, positivity, and compassion to her partnerships and she’s living on-purpose by heeding her professional calling of coaching, which she loves deeply.
In 2019, Michelle launched the Rock Your Next Chapter program, which ran for two seasons and then was put on pause during the pandemic. The LifeShine Lift-Off experience is an upgraded version of the former program built on a powerful foundation, past participant feedback and counsel, and a renewed enthusiasm!
