Embracing presence and feeling optimism and confidence
“I’ve always had quite a bit of self-criticism about not being able to decide on one thing I wanted to ‘be’ when I grew up. But then, conversations and coaching assignments with Michelle helped me validate my inner knowing and reacquaint me with myself. They have helped me love the aspect of myself that embraces ‘presence’ at each stage of my life. And as I move into the unknown, sessions with Michelle helped me feel optimism and confidence. She has helped me get out of my head and into my heart. Most importantly, our sessions inspired daily self-care and action towards a life that feels aligned for me.
I liked the length of our coaching sessions – 30 minutes was just enough time to check-in, get a takeaway and assignment, and reframe my thinking for another week or two.
