Michelle Stimpson is the owner of LifeShine®, the go-to source for professional women who are ready to make a change in their life. Michelle is an experienced Life Coach and trusted guide in the journey of joyful living, and she is known for inspiring women to find joy and live with purpose through intentional choices and mindful action.

Over a decade ago, Michelle had a wake-up call. She was deep into a corporate job, had just built her “dream home” with her husband, and was living a lifestyle of abundant “things.” She knew something wasn’t right and that something big needed to change in order to live more authentically and with more joy. She was saying “yes” to all the things she thought she wanted…and saying “no” to what she really wanted.

Ultimately, Michelle and her husband, Bill, sold the dream house – downsized and simplified – and moved into a townhouse. They got rid of unnecessary “stuff”. They went back to school and Michelle pursued what she really wanted (coaching professional women), left the big corporate job, and launched her dream, LifeShine.

After making these big and important changes in her own life, she made a commitment to dedicate her professional life to helping other women make intentional change in their lives – through her private coaching, workshops, writing, speaking, and products.

As creator of the LifeShine Positive Change SystemTM, Michelle leads her clients through a step-by-step process to help them gain clarity on what they really want in life, and then together they map out a plan to make it happen.
